Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1 cup margarine (or ½ butter and ½ butter flavored shortening)

2 eggs

1 ¾ cup peanut butter

1 tsp salt

1 tsp soda

1 tsp vanilla

3 cups flour

Cream the first three ingredients; add and mix the rest. Roll into balls on greased cookie sheet. Cross with light perpendicular fork presses. Bake at 375° F.
